♥ We currently accept payments through Paypal only. Sorry no checks, or money orders at this time.
Do I need a Paypal account to make a purchase? TOP
♥ No, a Paypal account is not required to make a purchase. You will be able to select Paypal as the payment method, and check out as a "guest". You will be able to enter your credit card info to complete your payment. The payment will still be processed through Paypal, but you do not need a Paypal account to do this.
If you do have a Paypal account you can use it to make your purchase.

♥ We currently ship within the United States only, and all orders include delivery confirmation.
How much is shipping? TOP
♥ Shipping rates: $2.50 - $7.00 depending on your order, location, and chosen shipping method.
How long will delivery of my order take? TOP
♥ Orders require 1-5 business days to process before they are shipped.
Transit times can vary especially around the holidays, but the average transit time is 2-7 days (most often 4 days).
Please keep in mind that we can't be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. This does not happen often, but can occur once in a blue moon. There is a shipping insurance option available during checkout.
What are your charms made out of? TOP
♥ Most of our charms are handmade from these 4 materials: polymer clay, liquid clay, glitter, and wire. The necklace chains, and earring wires are stainless steel.
How are the charms made? TOP
♥ Lots of time is spent sculpting each charm by hand.
Will my charm break? How can I clean my charm? TOP
♥ Our charms are durable, however they can break if not handled with care. Due to the handmade nature of our items they are intended primarily for teens and adults, not children.
♥ If you need to clean your charm simply wipe it gently with a damp cloth, and pat dry. Use a very small amount of mild soap if needed. Be sure not to leave any soap residue on the charm, and do not immerse the charm in water for an extended period of time.
What is your return policy? TOP
♥ Returns/Exchanges will be handled on an individual customer basis. If you are unhappy with your order contact us within 7 days of initial receipt of your items, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
