♥ Most of our charms are handmade from polymer clay, liquid clay, and glitter. The necklace chains are stainless steel.

Will my charm break? How can I clean my charm? TOP
♥ Our charms are durable, however they can break if not handled with care. Due to the handmade nature of our items they are intended primarily for teens and adults, not children. Do not store charms in a hot place, keep them stored at room temperature.
♥ If you need to clean your charm simply wipe it gently with a damp cloth, and pat dry. Use a very small amount of mild soap if needed. Be sure not to leave any soap residue on the charm, and do not immerse the charm in water for an extended period of time.
What is the return policy? TOP
♥ Returns/Exchanges will be handled on an individual customer basis. If you are unhappy with your order contact us within 14 days of initial receipt of your items, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
